Grateful~

Wow! What an amazing group of people I am surrounded by! Some question whether true friendships can be made in the blog world, and I say yes. They may look different, but when we’re connected through Jesus, it is amazing! Seriously, on my last post some amazing women bloggers left such encouraging words for me. I am grateful for them and you for your prayers. (If you struggle with anxiety, go read them!)I’m still not quite sure what all is going {Read More}

Pumpkin Bread Update

The other week I talked about how I was going to bake this pumpkin bread recipe. Well, here are my thoughts -It’s too sweet for me. I had high expectations, maybe too high. My kids ate it up, but it’s probably because of the 3 cups of sugar! I was bummed that I used so much butter & didn’t like it the best. We always use real butter, but we use it sparingly, so putting 2 sticks in was a big {Read More}

I’m Not Gonna Lie….

The past week and a half have been a bit crazy around my house (and in my head!) The other Sunday I was sitting in church listening to the message when all of a sudden I felt like I was going to pass out. It was so weird and caught me off guard. I grabbed my husband’s arm and we went out into the “lobby” and sat down in a chair. Of course this brought back feelings of 2 years {Read More}

Sticker Mule Fun

I was surprised and excited when the company Sticker Mule contacted me and asked if I would like some stickers made and then share with all of you bloggyland readers my experience with their company. I began pondering what I would want. There are so many options I became overwhelmed. I kind of wanted to make something for my kids, but really, 100 {Read More}

Ahh! Too Many Projects!

I am blessed with a husband who loves to keep busy with projects. I said the other week that we love to tackle them together. We’re in the middle of finishing off a room in the basement - a project I find myself watching the kids and he goes and builds. I have to admit I’ve b
