The past week was full of Christmas celebrations and cousins. It was an exhausting good time! I pray your Christmas was wonderful celebrating Jesus' birth!
I spent an hour on Christmas Eve sitting with my son in a truck letting him nap away from the craziness. That gave me time to pray, reflect and dream about the next year(s) personally and with my family. I even had some time to brainstorm some blog posts on my new iPad (squeal!!!)
In case you missed my announcement the other month my blog focus is less about my etsy shop and more about my walk with Jesus, encouraging people through my story. Peppered within that will be what I'm up to (being my sewing endeavors, family and crazy stories). I understand that not all of you follow Jesus, but this is my heart, who I am. This is what I believe and what I pray that some of you will find an open place to explore and ask questions. (At my church this is part of our vision & I love it - so I guess it is so much a part of me that it spills out into my blog ;) If you live locally ask me and I can get you service information.)
I'll also be doing one giveaway post per month for shops or artists that contact me & I think you as my readers would like them.
So, stay tuned for new series on sewing basics and some of my personal reflections from our Illuminate Challenges to read through 1 book of the Bible / month. There are a few more days until the end of the month to finish Ephesians!
Enjoy the day with your family & friends!

Thanks for takin' a minute and sharing. I like hearing what you have to say! I love to email back, but some of you are "no-reply bloggers" - so sorry if I can't email back! If you haven't heard back from me or others, check in your settings to see if you need to change it! Have a great day!
