How I Lost Inches On My Waist In Seconds

Seriously I’ll share with you the secret. My husband before church gave me a double-take and commented on how I’m “looking good” and “lost some weight”. That was awesome. The post-baby belly (aka mommy muffin top) that many of us loathe was gone.

Tired of “sucking it in,”reading “How To Never Look Fat Again” and candid conversations with other women in their 30s I decided I was going for it. I put on a belly slimming camisole that I bought just before I had Micah. I had pulled it out a few times but packed it away with all of the maternity items.

What was I thinking? I’m not sure. I am not talking about getting out of exercising but merely avoiding the natural equation: skin + age + 2 kids + gravity = sagging

Thankfully I’ve come to my senses and pulled that cami out of hiding. No shame. I’m now on the look out for body slimming items and wondering if I’m the only one.

So, I’m making my own equation:

sagging + exercise + slimming underwear = happy mama, confident woman & better fitting clothes.

Now a few friends and I are planning a little afternoon date to shop for some Spanx.
