With a new month comes a new challenge to read through a book of the Bible. If you’re joining me, let’s read through 2 Peter. This is in the New Testament. The Bible is split into two main parts - the Old Testament (before Jesus came to earth) and New Testament (Jesus’ life on earth and after).
Here’s a link to the book. If you look at the top there are different versions you can choose to read. I linked up the NIRV.
Take the month to read through (once, twice or three times) the book and pray through it.
I pray that God will open our eyes and change us from deep within as we read His Words written for us to read so many years ago.
Virginia…Thanks for visiting me over at sleeping in an unmade bed! I replied back under your comment about my seizures disorder, but I am not quite sure if it will reach you!! ARRGH! I am so frustrated by all this blogging business! I think I have good content (~thank you, thank you very much~!)but I cannot get on board with other things!!
I have enjoyed reading your blog so far…as you know we have the brain issues in common…I have anxiety, as well…my seizure focus is in my hippocampus/amaglya region, which is the memory/emotion area. So, I get sad about what I can’t remember! Joking, I am such a kidder!!
Anyway, in all seriousness, I am pouring over your blog. I am going to join you in the 2 Peter study. I need to be more focused with my Bible study. Now, I will have a friend to study with. Talk soon!
~joy!
