I blog because I enjoy writing. Over the past 8-9 months, my blog has evolved from more of just a creative outlet for me to express myself, to trying to motivate and encourage my readers. I want to challenge each one of them to wait on the Lord, to renew their strength, to run and not grow weary, and to walk and not faint. I share recipes, pics from my life, devotional thoughts, a weekly vocabulary word, my projects, goals and humor.

Favorite Restaurant:
My favorite restaurant is Olive Garden. Hands down. I love the atmosphere. It can be really busy, but it is never overpoweringly noisy in the dining area. The food is exceptional-everytime. We enjoy going for lunch and having the soup, salad and breadsticks. But I also enjoy the entrees with beef. They discontinued my favorite dessert a couple years ago-that would be the chocolate lasagna. But the zeppolis dipped in chocolate are a great second place. And the service is always good. It is a wonderful dining experience whether as a family, as a couple, or with friends.
