Barbie’s Colorful New Digs

I promise I am coming back. I think everything finally hit me and I crashed the last few weeks. Here’s another project we worked on, painting my old doll house my Grandfather made when I was young. I only wish it still had the plastic windows and vintage wallpaper and flooring. We did put down some outdoor carpet and painted some fresh, bold colors inside and out.

I dug out my old doll furniture and a few dolls.

Obviously this was exhausting for my daughter to help for 5 minutes and anxiously wait the rest of the time!

I bought the small paint samples pre-made at Home Depot. This assured me that they will coordinate.

I will probably use the leftover paint on a sewing room dresser of mine. That’s as soon as some of these other projects get done. Maybe next spring?
