A few months ago we had our family pictures taken at Paris Studios in Muskegon. They took my senior pictures 16 years ago and I have gone to them for the kids’ photos every time. I contemplated doing outdoor shots, but with my energetic kids and the ever changing weather in Michigan I was concerned that I would be a sweaty, stressed out mess at the end of the session (not even thinking that my hair could be a frizzy mess).
With that we went more traditional and I am so glad we did. The sucker was pulled out during one of a few melt down times. One of which was captured on the side wall.
The photographer did a great job with my kids and actually got them to smile! I love that these are their real smiles.

Update: Yesterday I got my MRI results and there’s no brain tumor! We are ecstatic and moving forward to figure out the rest. Thank you for your prayers and kind notes. I have not had a major headache in over 2 weeks and feel more like myself than I have in months!

Those are so cute. Our portraits have never turned out well. Our kids always have deer in the headlights smiles like some kind of stepford children. Can’t wait to see your pretty face in real life.
