Just 3 weeks ago my sewing room looked like this. One project after another without taking the time to pick things up in-between and I was swimming in clutter.
A few hours later and a bit of shifting furniture I am in love with the progress and direction of this room. No longer just for sewing and crafting, it is now a place I write.
Oh I would love a writing space. A space of inspiration. Maybe someday.
I LOVE that little type-writer! Does it work?
Thank you! I think it does, it had an old ribbon my daughter tore out playing with it. I would love to get a new ribbon someday =) Hope you’re having a great week!
For some reason discuss isn’t working for me on your blog this morning and twitter is running slow - I think it may be the internet connection here…. I wanted to tell you that you wrote your gospel and politics post beautifully. I find it difficult to choose when to state my opinions and when not to. The Good News of Jesus first =) love it! (For anyone else, her post is: http://lgriffis.blogspot.com/2012/11/politics-and-gospel.html#disqus_thread )
I love it.
Thank you friend =) Vacation week has been harder than I thought to chat!
Virginia that typewriter is amazing! The whole space looks so inviting - but I LOVE the typewriter!
Thanks Amanda! Totally forgot to respond! You’ve been on my heart and in my prayers friend =)
Yes, that typewriter is the centerpiece…and works great as an easel for your iPad. Love the space and love you keeping it real with what still needs to be done. Great idea to turn your back to it while you write.
Can we talk about how freaking cute that type writer is?! Gah!
